FIRST LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR TEACHERS

This "Short-term joint staff training event" is linked to the first transnational meeting.
The expert psychologists transferred to the involved teachers of each participant school the necessary information for applying the work discussion approach inside the classroom and around the fairy tales. The teachers took part at a group discussion meeting and received a booklet with milestones and key indicators of the Work Discussion approach.

For experimenting the methodology the teachers were trained: one teacher from the Slovenian, Estonian and Romanian schools, while six teachers from the hosting Applicant school. This last had the task of organizing this activity and was supported in this by the local association Edu Lab.

SECOND LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR TEACHERS

This "Short-term joint staff training event" was linked to the Third Transnational Meeting. In this non-formal training activity teachers and psychologists met in order to arrange a group discussion meeting as further practice at European level of the application of the Work Discussion Approach. This training event has been a great opportunity for teachers to compare their work with the one made by their colleagues in the other participant schools and has further enabled them to work carefully on what children communicate through their enactments.

THIRD LEARNING ACTIVITIES FOR TEACHERS

This "Short-term joint staff training event" was linked to the Fifth Transnational Meeting. In this non-formal training activity teachers and psychologists met in order to arrange with them a group discussion meeting as further practice at European level of the application of the Work Discussion Approach.

This training event has been a great opportunity for teachers to share and compare the progresses made in their own context, how and in which way the project has produced improvements in the capacity and quality of their professional skills and interpersonal communication expertise.
